Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email containing your order details and tracking number.

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • All U.S. orders qualify for free shipping when the total is $150 or more.

  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following week.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your item is shipped.

AMERICAN SHIPPING RATES: LOWER 48 STATES

  • Orders under $150: $15 shipping rate

  • Orders of $150 or more: Free domestic shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Taxes and duties are included at checkout, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees.

  • Shipping costs vary based on your delivery location.

  • Once your order has shipped and is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. The recipient is responsible for locating any lost packages, but we will do everything we can to assist you. We recommend using a delivery address you trust, preferably one where someone can receive and sign for the package.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not provide return labels for international orders. Please note, duties and taxes on international shipments are non-refundable as they are set by local customs authorities.

EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the full-priced item for a refund.
